Pratipada Tithi

This Tithi is related to works like construction of a house, shifting to a new home, marriage, and travel. It is also associated with fame and nutrition. Moon is considered strong during Krishna Paksha’s Pratipada and weaker during Shukla Paksha Pratipada. Therefore, auspicious works like marriage, fasts, Vastu Karma, and house warming should not be performed during Shukla Paksha Pratipada.

Dwitya Tithi

Some auspicious works for this Tithi are marriage, travel, buying ornaments, education in music, and Vastu Karma. Oiling is prohibited on this Tithi.

Tritya Tithi

Auspicious works for this Tithi include music, sculpting, wearing bangles, activities related to food, shifting to a new home, marriage, and travel.

Chaturthi Tithi

This Tithi is considered auspicious for works related to electronics, removing enemies, fire-related work, and weapons. This date is considered good for aggressive actions.

Panchami Tithi

This Tithi is good for doing any auspicious work and is considered appropriate for all general activities. Lending money is considered inauspicious on this Tithi, as it may result in losses.

Shashthi Tithi

This Tithi is good for war-craft, Vastu Karma, beginning a new home, and wearing new garments. This Tithi is inauspicious for Tailabhyang, Abhyang, Kashth Karma, and travel.

Saptami Tithi

This Tithi is auspicious for marriage, music-related work, and the acquisition of new ornaments. Travel, a bride's first access to a new home, and Vastu Karma can also be done.

Ashtami Tithi

This Tithi is related to works like writing assignments, war-related work, Vastu Karma, craft-related work, and tasks involving gems and weapons.

Navami Tithi

This Tithi is related to hunting, fighting, gambling, building weapons, construction, and all types of cruel deeds.

Dashmi Tithi

This Tithi is good for government-related works, activities involving horses and elephants, marriage, music, wearing new clothes and ornaments, and moving to a new home. Travel is also suitable on this Tithi.

Ekadashi Tithi

This Tithi is considered good for fasts, religious works, festivals, Vastu Karma, war-related works, and travel.

Dwadashi Tithi

Works related to marriage, cars, road construction, and nutrition can be done. This Tithi is not good for constructing a new home, shifting into a new home, or travel.

Shukla Paksha - Tryodashi Tithi

Works related to this Tithi include military activities, using weapons, and building flags. All kinds of auspicious works can be done. However, travel, shifting to a new home, and wearing new clothes or ornaments should be avoided.

Chaturdashi Tithi

All kinds of brutal and aggressive acts are suitable for this Tithi. Weapons can be used. Travel is prohibited. Works done on Chaturthi Tithi can also be performed.

Purnmasi

Works related to crafts and ornaments can be done. Activities related to war, marriage, sacrifice, water, travel, peace, and nurture can also be carried out.

Amavasya

Works like Mahadan and Pitra Karma are carried out on this Tithi. The companionship of a woman should be avoided.
