Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Online Services (Astrology Consultations & Reports)
All our online astrology services, including personal consultations, horoscope readings, and Vedic reports, are delivered via email.
- Delivery Timeline: Once your payment is confirmed and all necessary birth details are submitted, our astrologers will prepare your reading. You can expect to receive your report via email within 3 to 4 days.
Strict No-Refund Policy for Delivered Services
Because our services involve dedicated time, spiritual energy, and personalized analysis by our astrologers, once the horoscope reading or report has been emailed to you, the service is considered complete. No refunds or returns of fees will be granted under any circumstances after the email has been sent.
2. Physical Products (Gemstones, Yantras, & Rudraksha)
We source authentic spiritual products. Due to the nature of these items and the sourcing process, please note the following:
- Shipping Timeline: Once an order for a physical product (such as a gemstone) is placed, it takes a minimum of 45 days to be energized, processed, and delivered to you.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or physically damaged during transit, we offer a 100% Free Replacement or Refund.
How to Claim a Return for a Defective Product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- You must provide a clear video or photo of the damaged/defective product and the packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a free return pickup (where available) or reimburse the return shipping cost. After we receive the defective item, a replacement will be dispatched or a full refund will be processed.
Note on Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical products (like gemstones or malas) if you simply change your mind, dislike the appearance, or feel it is not "working" for you. Gemstones must be worn correctly and take time to show astrological effects.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a defective product, or if you have not received your email consultation after 7 days, please contact our support team:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Cancellations
- Services: You may cancel your astrology consultation within 12 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the astrologer has not yet begun the analysis or sent the report.
- Physical Products: Cancellations for gemstones or physical goods are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the sourcing process has begun (after 24 hours), the order cannot be cancelled.
